Now, Chamonix II is here in Dallas on Lake Lewisville to continue its legacy of quality service and casting long lasting memories which are only possible when man is guided by the wind on the water. Dallas has on average 11 miles per hour per day of wind and is therefore considered one of the windiest cities in North America. Needless to say it is a great sailing location with winds predominantly from the south 70% and North 20% which blow consistently from October through May of each year. Located at Pier 121 Marina next to Charlie's Restaurant and Bar, the Chamonix II can accommodate from 20 guests up to 105 guests. Combined with Charlie's Restaurant and Bar, the Chamonix II can host events for up to 300 guests. Charlie's is available for private rental and can accommodate your event outside under its covered area or indoors. Charlie's can also accommodate live bands for entertainment and offers the client flexible catering arrangements in order to meet the clients expectations.   Corporate Events The Chamonix II combines the privacy of a reserved meeting space with the beauty and allure of the open water.
